Whether you’re here to recharge in the Recovery Room, enjoy the flexibility of the self-led space, or join a session in the Movement Studio, every part of the Zone is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and those around you.

The Recovery Room

Equipped with modern recovery tools, including infrared saunas and cold plunges, as well as ample room to stretch, move, or simply be, the Zone is a place to reset and grow.

The Movement Studio

With regular classes, private and semi-private sessions, workshops, and community events, The Heal Zone combines its spaces to provide a positive, life-affirming atmosphere that inspires connection and growth.

Step into a focused, semi-private environment where you’ll learn, move, and grow with a small crew of up to five legends. Across six weeks, each session gives you the tools to build strength, restore balance, and carry your practice into everyday life.

Small Group Sessions:
Six Weeks, Five People, Lasting Results

Surf Rhythm

Build mobility, posture, endurance, and flow to keep you strong in the water. We’ll focus on hips, back, shoulders and spine so you can paddle longer, move with ease, and stay connected to the ocean.

Restorative Movement

Slow, purposeful sessions designed to heal and restore. Improve posture, release tension, reduce inflammation, and bring more awareness to how your body moves and feels.
