Program structure
This course consists of 13 episodes that provide holistic movement coaching to help you create a strong foundation for your program.
Every 20-minute-long episode is based on thousands of hours of face-to-face mentorship with world-renowned teachers like Paul Chek, Ido Portal, and Fighting Monkey. With a focus on a specific theme or movement concept, each lesson comes complete with example sets and repetitions.

Program requirements
Flexible and adaptable to your lifestyle, this program will allow you to learn and progress at your own pace.
There are no specific fitness or health requirements for you to enjoy this course, as long as you can moderate the intensity.
To get started with your movement, you just need a minimum of 2 meters of floor space, a Swiss ball, gymnastic rings, and optionally, free weights like barbells or dumbbells.
We recommend dedicating at least 30 minutes to each episode, but if you have more time, you can aim for an hour per day. It's best to complete at least two sessions per week for optimal results.
