1:1 coaching

During a one-hour assessment, we will observe and evaluate your spinal health, balance, coordination, mobility, and movement to identify any postural imbalances.

Additionally, we will discuss your nutrition and gut health, hydration, hormonal balance, sleep and wake patterns, and take into consideration your needs and objectives to create a personalised program.

We can design a program that can be implemented during recurring face-to-face sessions at the studio on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Each session will be tailored to match your lifestyle. We will work together towards your goals by adjusting the intensity of each session to meet your needs as you progress.

Alternatively, we can develop a program together throughout two or three sessions with regularly scheduled follow-ups so that you can incorporate it into your movement routine at home or the gym.
